Bank of Baroda is India’s second largest bank with a presence in 24 countries and more than 5000 branches across the country. They wanted to create engagement with their customers using a comprehensive consumer-driven digital marketing strategy and introduce them to the Bank’s newly launched product & services.
D-Crypt created state of the art digital campaigns that aligned with Bank of Baroda’s core values and attention to service.
Campaigns such as #LightUpASmile was executed during Diwali, followed by a Holi campaign to promote Home & Car loan products. These campaigns were successful in positioning Bank Of Baroda as a customer-friendly bank and created a loyal social media following.
